Can I return my order or cancel it?

All Omni Group Merch products are printed on demand and therefore can not be returned. Orders are submitted automatically after purchase and can't be canceled. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at merchsales@omnigroup.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

 

My item arrived damaged or defective, what do I do?

First, apologies for the poor experience! Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement. Simply send a photograph of the issue and a short description along with your order number to merchsales@omnigroup.com and we will contact our production partners to replace the item. 

 

Looking to buy something but live outside of the USA?
